Everything I needed. Comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The family running this home stay is wonderful. Delicious home cooked meals. If you’re lucky, you might get crab for dinner. It was divine. Long beach Escape is a homestay with all the facilities you may need. Bures are spacious and clean and have all the basics. The food is house made, and we were never hungry. The family is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. The whole experience was surreal for us, with nothing to do and plenty of activities at the same time. We disconnected from the world, as we barely receive any phone reception. The place, the garden and the beach are just gorgeous. Game nights were the best :) we will keep in our hearts every moment and every single member of the family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Will recommend 100%

Staying in Malakati was an exceptional experience. Locals are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Families took turns in preparing delicious fresh meals 3 times a day. There are many opportunities to explore the island and surrounding areas such as caves, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and hiking as well as learn about Fijian culture. I would recommend this picturesque village for real travelers who are ready to experience Fijian everyday life. I am hoping to return soon.
