The Granary is picture perfect with lovely interior design. Jo took time out to give a personal approach to our experience whilst we were flat hunting in the area. In a great location, equipped with everything you need, warm and doggy friendly. We did lovely walks around the village. I personally enjoyed sitting in the armchair looking through the gable window at Jo’s sheep every evening.

It was lovely and cosy and the view/location was wonderful lots of walks in the area. Also the brownies and jam left for us on arrival was a lovely touch. The enclosed area for the dogs was perfect too so we could sit and relax without worry of them getting out or up to mischief. It was also very quite in the evenings and night time making it very easy to relax and get away from life for a weekend.

This was such a fantastically different thing to do for a getaway. What an amazing idea to turn an old charming bud into somewhere to stay. Filled with character. On site convenience shop and even a little pet shop! The owners already had the heating on so it was toasty warm when we arrived on a very stormy night.

Staff, very freindly and went above and beyond to please. Breakfast was out standing. Evening meals were exceptional, and worth the money, big shout out to the chef, amazing menu.     Lovely village location. Pleasingly bustling pub/ restaurant, not noisy for guests staying overnight. Evening meal was great and an excellent gathering place for our friends and family to meet in. Staff were friendly and professional. Required to pre-order meals for party of 12 and billing was confusing! Otherwise, a very pleasant stay in a large double room, ensuite, dogs allowed (£10 surcharge/dog). Highly recommended!

    The location was beautiful, a quaint village full of chocolate box thatched cottages, friendly pub, meals good, breakfast was lovely served on a sharing plate. We took a dog with us, very dog friendly, great walks a few minutes away , with off road foot paths to North Coker. Rooms clean and comfortable, not the biggest but fine. Overall a great place to stay, would reccomend.🙂

    The staff were very polite, very friendly and it made it a lovely stay. The food was absolutely amazing, good portion size, good prices and thoroughly enjoyable, served by very friendly and happy staff. The location was great for us and also the free parking was an added bonus. Truly a dog friendly hotel as well.
