The employees make you feel the most welcome in this most beautiful landscape. They know the valley as no other, always ready to facilitate you in anything you need. The setting of the hotel is stunning and for food we never ordered of a menu, we were simply asked what we would like for dinner. We need to come back here!

We had a great time at Mila Guest House! It is situated on a large property with a lovely garden. The room was nice with easy access to the veranda and garden. The host was so friendly and very helpful! The dinner and breakfast were amazing!

I loved my stay here! Very sweet host who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She happened to be in the center so she gave me a lift to the house. She also got out of her way to book me a seat on the minivan for my travels next day, which I would have missed without her help. Though I had to leave early she prepared me a whole breakfast and gave it to me to eat on my way. The house is very peaceful at the border of the town and close to the river. For me it was perfect since I was tired of the busy and touristy center. The house has a big veranda looking onto a beautiful and well kept garden with a mountain view. My personal highlight was their little kitten. I fully recommend to stay here and hope I can return soon!

I really liked the room – it was new, clean, had a private balcony and a nice bathroom. It was quiet, and I got a really good night’s sleep. Breakfast was served right on time, simple but enough. The hosts were super friendly, I’d definitely stay here again. Also loved the handmade jewelry by a local artist they had – so beautiful!

Loved it. It's a calm, pleasant place with its own history and a great balcony. Having a cat on it was an advantage for me :) The owner was very nice. She cooked pancakes for breakfast that turned out to be the most delicious pancakes I ever tried. Good times.

    The garden is excellent to relax in. Perfect for what I wanted at the end of a bike trip. Also, Levan was very helpful and provided me with some oil for my bike chain which was in desperate need. The dog is very cute and it's lovely to watch the cows come home in the evening. Overall I think it's pretty good value for a guesthouse in Svaneti.

    The host was very welcoming - they took me in even though I booked last minute and arrived slightly past the check-in time at 21:30. The bed was very comfortable and there was good insulation/the duvet was good, so I didn't feel cold at night. The location is great - 3 km from Hiker's Cafe, from where you can hike to Shdugra Waterfall or go even further to the Ushba Glacier.

    The best hotel crew you could dream of! We stayed at Lamala for three nights and had the very best hotel experience during our Georgia trip. The location at the bottom of the valley at the foot of the mountain is absolutely outstanding. At Lamala you will meet the warmest, kindest and most helpful host and staff you could ever dream of. Every room has it’s own balcony and is nice and clean. The hotel has the cutest dogs who will follow you on your hike, if you like some company. If you like a challenge, try and ask them to play backgammon.

    Great location, good food and a very helpful manager (Murman) that helped us with suggesting hikes, arranging transport on short notice, arranging horse ride and sending his very nice dogs with us as "guides" on our first hike.

    The hosts are welcoming and helpful, and the location is great. The breakfasts are very good, as are the dinners, and the dogs were friendly and accompanied us on a walk to the nearby waterfall. The host was also helpful in arranging transport and providing a packed lunch for a walk we did.
