Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Praikalogu

This was hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I was in complete awe the entire time — everything about it was just incredible. Imelda and the girls were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, we were treated like family from the moment we arrived. The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings, plus the bonus of free-roaming animals which made it feel even more magical. The home-cooked meals were delicious every time, clearly made with love and care. They were also super helpful with local recommendations and sorted out things like scooter rentals for us with no fuss. The room was airy and spacious, and the bed was massive and insanely comfortable, we slept so well. The outdoor shower was also an amazing touch. We would come back to an impeccably clean room every day too!! Thank you so, so much to beautiful Imelda and the girls — we’ll never forget this experience. Can’t wait to come back one day xx

Lydia was a brilliant host, nothing was too much trouble, she, organised motorbikes for us as well as a car and driver for our trip back to the airport via a lovely beach club, also horse riding, advice on what to do and see, and she even spent time teaching my husband to cook some local dishes. Her children were absolutely delightful. The new swimming pool was great and will be amazing once the decking is finished. The rooms were extremely comfortable. If you really want to avoid the tourist crowds and spend some time in an incredible unspoilt location then this will be perfect for you. We would highly recommend getting round on the mopeds as it is the best way to see the absolutely stunning scenery (but be careful of potholes and slippery mud if it rains). Nice staff good location and very comfortable place with pool too

This place is incredible, a lodge tucked away in nature with a breathtaking view of the rice fields and the sea in the distance. So peaceful, pure bliss! Julia, the owner, and her team are extraordinary, so charming, their smiles, kindness, and warmth made our stay unforgettable. A scooter was made available so we could explore the surroundings freely. A true gem! A pure moment of tranquility and peace.
