Perfect place!!! The cabanas are spacious and very clean with the best shower we had in Sri Lanka. The pool is clean and large and a bonus for hot hours, we were with children who really enjoyed it. The host, Gamani, is so kind, helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for a better place than this.

We had the best stay ever. Lovely place run by amazing people. The room are huge and clean, there’s AC, fan, hot water, kettle, big and comfy beds , everything you need. The best place in Sigiriya, really. Perfect location, the woodhouse is just a paradise above the jungle. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable. Special thanks goes to the Madam who cooked for us. Try the curry and rice! We received from the owner’s own rice, deliciously cooked fresh food. The breakfast was amazing, lots of fruit, Sri Lankan specialities and continental mixture. The owner was the best. He was taking us everywhere with tuktuk, we learned a lot from him, about the area, history, little secrets. We went on a safari together, very good price, saw lots of elephants. Very nice people, really.

We spent 3 very pleasant nights here. The location of the accommodation is a few minutes walk from the center, but makes up for it with the idyllic & lovingly furnished garden and above all the beautiful view of the Lions Rock + rice fields. Very good restaurants are close by. The hostess, who really takes great care of her guests, is supported by her son Danu and his wife. We really had a great time with Danu, who takes care of all the leisure activities, be it tuktuk rides, full-day excursions to the temples, archaeological sites, or a safari in an open jeep. He was always courteous, super motivated to show us his country in the best and nicest way. He knows his way around the country and even drove us to Kandy in his tuktuk. We can also highly recommend the breakfast! We would definitely come back!

Very nice and friendly hosting family. They cooked really good dinner for us. Quiet place with good view of the Lions Head. The son of the host offers a jeep Safari to see the Elephants in the national park nearby. We enjoyed the safari even more than Yala NP. It was not crowded at all.
