The location was great - very close to the station but not noisy at all. The mountain view from the balcony was superb. Best of all, the host was so very helpful and responsive. It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location is amazing right next to the big waterfall, it will rock you to sleep :) The pool on the top was a gem, not crowded, everything you need is there, you can lay down and read your book in peace after a swim, just relax! Special mention to the breakfast: never had such good food in a breakfast buffet, I literally loved it. Would surely like to come back again!

The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.
