There are small stores nearby if you need to purchase anything, if you need groceries you should walk down to the Marché, it has most things you might need, otherwise it's best to go to Kenitra for groceries.

The apartment is also in a great location to walk to cafes or restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioned as well as peaceful and calm. I highly recommend this apartment

The host Mr Achraf was available and very helpful. I would like to thank him for picking us up from the train station as we arrived very late. The apartment was clean and furnished of the essential items. I do recommend his apartment.

Villa Keltoum está a pocos pasos de Plage Moulay Bousselham y ofrece zona de barbacoa, además de alojamiento con balcón y wifi gratis. Aunque denota el paso del tiempo,todo está limpísimo,muy cómodo de habitar,unas vistas magníficas y fatna está a todo.La cocina muy completa.Hay microondas,no muy frecuente.La zona es muy tranquila y aparcas en la puerta.

NOT RECOMMENDED! The host was an immature teenager, who was not very polite from the very start. IN the initial listing, it was stated "WHOLE APT" as a previous reviewer has also noted. IT IS NOT THE ENTIRE APT at this price. But a room, with a small sub-standard bathroom to share. When I booked this place, there was only one photo of the bedroom. Now he has added few other photos of the room from different angles, and half a photo of the tiny uncomfortable shower and toilet. He stated he will be living there as well as his mother. The kitchen (which I never used) was untidy, cluttered and not worth using. Upon arrival when he described all this and I saw that his mother was present in the second room, I protested that he had misrepresented the listing and had been untruthful about whole apt, and privacy. He denied he had lied. I told him to go check the listing he had on Booking.com as of 8/10/2025. When I entered the room, I asked for a bath towel so I could go take a shower, He stated that there is no towel,and that I should've brought my own. Upon insistence that travelers don't usually carry soaps, towels as hotels and hosts provide that. After some argument, he go rude and abusive and told me to leave! I had just arrived from Tangier by train and had walked from the Kenitra station in the 40 degree heat and was sweaty, tired and uncomfortable. Yet he kept telling me that he will get a towel when he goes out later that day. 5 Minutes later, he returned to hand me one face towel and one bath towel medium size - which I could not be sure were clean or unused! Overrall, the way this kid treated a guest, the conditions and description of the amenities offered, the apt is not worth the price, despite good location to the shops, restaurants, train station and taxis.
