The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is diverse and tasty, the hotel has a modern design, a cool bar and a restaurant with great service and menu. I was even greeted by a hand written card when I arrived.

This is a beautiful property, well located near the centre of the town and on the waterfront. The house is themed on the history of a previous Röder and some fascinating documents and pictures are on display. Even the rooms are named after other members of the family, which is a nice touch. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough, being particularly helpful in securing our e-bikes in his garage. Breakfast was wonderful and eaten at a communal table with other guests, which is fully in keeping with the ambiance of the house and was most enjoyable.

It's bright and spacious, well equipped a view to the lake is outstanding! Restaurant downstairs is very nice and cozy, with fireplace and delicious food. Make sure to reserve a table in advance. In the worst-case scenario, food can be served in the apartment. Which is a great solution as per me.

Apartment location is very strategic in the centre of Dordrecht centruum, very closed by Albert Heijn supermarket too.

Pieter is the perfect host. He is kind, friendly, funny and has very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the region. The house is clean and beautiful, the garden is peaceful. The bed is very confortable. There is everything you need for a perfect stay. There’s fresh eggs, bikes, a great parking space. It’s nice to walk along the Rhine. It’s such a peaceful place. We enjoyed the chicken running around and the lambs playing around in the field next to the house. We are going to miss Ginger the super smart chicken and her chicken squad. Around the house, there are shops, restaurants, public transportation. If you need a peaceful holiday in an amazing country with the perfect host, it’s the place to be.
