Newly renovated, opened in July. Location was lovely. Directly on the water with walking trails, marinas, wildlife and a beautiful bathhouse. The front desk staff was warm, exceptional thoughtful and helpful. Parking was close and easy. Rooms were modern, clean, filled with light, and comfortable. The best pillow of our travels in Europe. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Try a hot chocolate or elderflower juice and enjoy your stay!

Perfect hotel, lovely design of the room and comfortable beds. Access to a roof pool (not very warm) and a few saunas! We loved it and used to the fullest (you can use the spa area until 2pm on your departure day). The breakfast was tasty and the staff working in the hotel very nice and helping (we needed to store our luggage both upon our arrival and departure and the staff helped us with that). The location was splendid, with a waterfall next to the hotel (which you cannot hear in the hotel), a nice path behind the hotel with amazing views. I hope I have a chance to visit this hotel again.

The hotel is very modern and we really liked the self check in and the digital keys. You can of course also have a normal card but the digital keys worked without any issues for us. The breakfast was delicious. It is a very quiet area where the hotel is situated and the views to the mountains are amazing. The staff was super friendly. Very close to Lichtenstein and Schweiz. Staying at Hotel Burgblick was a huge pleasure. The hotel is rebuilt from an old family house. It has amazing views of the Hohenwerfen Castle - both day and night. The rooms are clean and spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was large. Chocolates were presented in the rooms. We were greeted upon arrival with a very fine glass of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. The atmosphere was homey and welcoming. The breakfast was one of the tastiest and freshest breakfasts of any we've experienced in our many travels. Highly highly recommended.

    Everything. From the very start you are taken aback by the beautiful views surrounding the area and the drive to the hotel from Salzburg. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are also incredible! From the room itself, to the common areas, spa, restaurant and outdoors. Markus and Claudia together with their staff and family have done an incredible job to look after every little detail during your stay. Another highlight was the staff itself, everyone made us feel welcome and knew who we were throughout the week. The food was superb, every night a different menu and quality always high. Breakfast and afternoon snack were also a highlight. The location is also perfect for other day trips around the area. Overall, this hotel was the highlight of our trip and we hope to come back!

    mama couldn't have made a better fitting into the scenery crib. A funky place. With a good vibe. Pretty informal. Very kind and good willing staff (I even got checked in upon arrival, pretty early in the day, thank you, warm smile blonde lady). The "lobby" feels like a mountain sports hub with people continuously coming in or going out. The escalade concept is a nice touch both indoors and outdoors. Oh, the room, yes! You feel like in a hut with its own cave (the bath area). Mine had a sauna, too, though I haven't used it. Nothing pretentious, everything casual and coherent with the modern approach of traditional and wooden all around the hotel. I would stay there again when snowboarding or biking.

We stay there for a week with two babies and the staff was very generous, thoughtful and accepting. My wife tried the spa, full-body massage, and said it was great also. There is a free parking near the entrance and we found a place to park everyday.

    The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

    We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside...

    We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside Lake Constance. There are nice restaurants & cafes, shops, walks, boats etc and we enjoyed the cable car ride to see the small farm, great for children and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The area is excellent for cyclists & runners, and for people with mobility issues. There are ferries which go to the small German island of Lindau, which is worth a visit and it takes 20-30 minutes. Quite a few of the cafes shops and restaurants are closed on a Sunday.

    We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    Quaint village that I wish I’d had more time to explore for walking and nature. We were looking for a local experience as we like to see how people in an area live. We were very happy with our choice to visit and enjoyed authentic Austrian cuisine and lodging while visiting.

    We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites...

    We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites to Salzburg. I first visited Kitzbuhel in 1970 when I was on a high school trip. I wanted my husband to see what a charming Tyrolean town it is. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful!
