The room, the food, the pool, the mountains, and of course the staff. We arrived and immediately checked in and shown to our parking just beside the hotel. The room was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking both the mountains and the cozy square situated right outside the hotel. We where traveling with our small dog Leo, who can't be left alone. The staff was beyond helpfull, with solutions to accommodate our needs. They also took the time to say hi to Leo, which were much appreciated🥰 The surrounding area had a lot of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. All though we found it a bit pricy. we had half pension, so we ate at the hotel restaurant, and boy, we where not disappointed. Several dishes and each one very delicious. This is a beautiful resort maintained to the highest standards. The rooms are decorated beautifully in Alpine style and enjoy wonderful views of the Alps. The outside areas are expansive wonderfully gardened with so many differest pools available to the guests. The inclusive hike with Michael is wonderful. He is so kind and funny and is such a professional guide. The service is impeccable. I would especially like to note Amy who was so professional and also gave us a recepie for the Spaetzle which we enjoyed in soup. Finally the food is devine, presented at a Michelin Star level. Phenomenal breakfast, great selection of quality ingredients, from a diverse range of juices to a selection of salami and cheese. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs or hamenex. I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. We loved our basic but clean comfy room with a lake view. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Dinner a bit disappointing but we walked in late without a reservation. The spa was very nicea very beautiful space, but the water in tubs and pool could have been a bit warmer. I snuggles in my plush robe and had tea instead and had a lovely time in the spa regardless. Loved walking the Parish Trail (Pfarrerbichl) with scenic views of the town and lake (and religious interest if so inclined). Nanni’s had a delicious goulash & apple strudel; Cafe Nouveau had a spicier goulash, even better! Batzenhäus had great local food. Pertisau is the location for the (fictional) Chalet School (...
Pertisau is the location for the (fictional) Chalet School (the first book, The School at the Chalet, was published 100 years ago in 1925), so anyone who has read the books will find it instantly recognisable, even today. Even without that link, the Achensee is a wonderful base in which to spend time in the Austrian alps, with plenty to do and see in summer. There are fantastic walks in the area and hotels and guesthouses offer a free travel card which can be upgraded for less than 100 euros to a week-long holiday card offering free travel on the ferries, cable cars and the famous Achenseebahn, as well as free entries to the local museums in Pertisau, Achenkirche and Maurach.Guest review byShirleyUnited Kingdom - 10

Reith by Seefeld and the surrounding is a magical place with beatiful nature, scenery and a smile on the locals face. We came with our 2 young daugthers and we found the place fit to our needs. Have been is Seefeld 3 times until now, twice in winter and once is summer. Excellent place for vacation or short stay. Hotels and facilities are modern, mainly built in 1960's for Innsbruck Olympics. Seefeld has cross-country skiing and big warm open pool if compare to other surrounding resorts.
