The hotel was well situated with great views over the lake and easy transport into Geneva as the bus and train station is only about 200 metres away. A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.Guest review byROY BASANESPhilippines - 10.0

A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.Guest review byRianSwitzerland - 8.0
