The room was super neat, comfortable, the bed was excellent, for a person with asthma also so easy to breathe. Bathroom was clean and comfortable too, the room good size. Wifi was sufficiently fast which is also good. Everything worked very well and the location is central.

Location is excellent for access to Potsdam, which is what we wanted. Berlin centre is about 30-40 mins away. Room clean, comfortable, well appointed Breakfast is really good. Great mix of fruits, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, breads etc. Good coffee too. Wifi, TV, etc., all worked fine We had a problem with our bill (we got charged twice for our stay). Our Palace double room was huge in comparison to most hotel rooms and it had a balcony and view of the tower and square. The room was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a sitting area, desk and mini refrigerator. We appreciated that the staff so graciously provided us with an early check-in. The location next to Sanssouci Palace is ideal and we are glad that we spent the night after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
