Alexander and Garima are very cordial and helpful staff. Loved the fact that there was a shuttle it was very convenient. Connect to the mall was awesome for the shopping, and the connection through the mall with mtr and bus was awesome.

My card had stopped working for bank security reasons and the front desk gentlemen was so helpful in making sure i correct the situation. he was so patient.
They also allowed me 3pm check out and there was already a bus at 2:30 to take me to airport.
Also, they agreed to accept the Chinese Yuan i had as my bank card was not working.
