Santi and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Bungalow was in a great location, clean, and had a great balcony to relax on. The restaurant Olalas right next door had awesome food plus had a great view of the water. There are plenty of scuba diving places in close walking distance. Robbie also has scooters to rent. The absolute best place to stay on Palau Weh.😊 If you can get in and want a truly memorable experience this is your place. Yuyun and Borja are the perfect hosts nothing is too much trouble, they booked us on a fantastic tour and everything they recommend was amazing. Yuyun is a great cook and the restaurant has a fantastic view as do the rooms.

The bungalows are located right on a private beach shared by 2-3 other accommodations. The view from the room and porch are just lovely. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the location is probably the most peaceful on the island. There’s no hot water to shower but we already knew this, and given how hot and humid it can get, we didn’t ever need it either. We booked 2 nights, extended for 3 more and if we had more time, we would’ve stayed much longer. To be honest, the photos don’t do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. And last but certainly not least, the host and his wife are kind and friendly people. We learnt a lot about the island, Aceh, Achinese people and a few other interesting things from the host. We hope to be back someday and spend at least a month in this tropical paradise.

Lovely people, good restaurant, lovely little beach out front! Freddie checks in with all his guests and adds a little personal touch. We were there with friends and their baby (<1). We were very well looked after and Freddie's was forthcoming in all our requests. We took a tuctuc island tour with Happy (tuctuc driver) through the hotel and it was great! I also went diving and my friends went snorkeling all of which could be arranged at freddies for good prices.

Diara Bungalow is the most amazing accommodation I ever stayed at. But If you’re just looking for luxury you’re wrong here. I never met so truly friendly and nice people as I met here. The owner Budi (and his family) aswell as Ridwan welcomed me with all there hearth at Diaras. It was really more than a accommodation you felt like home there. The bungalow is right at the ocean it’s amazing!!! You go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. As I said If you look for luxury you’re not at the right place but if you want a authentic beach accommodation, with a amazing view, good location and most importantly met people with truly good hearts do come here and you will make good friends and be very sad to leave! Thank you so much again, I really enjoyed my stay!
