- From $270.58 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,038 reviewsOur anniversary stay was nothing short of magical, from the stunning location and lake view to the impeccable professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were graciously welcomed by the delightful Ms. Anne Marie, who offered us coffee as we relaxed in the lobby. Her kindness and attentiveness gave us the perfect first impression – thank you, Ms. Anne! The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to the young gentleman who visited our room (403) and graciously waived the charge for an order that wasn't up to par. Your dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tino, the charming Indian Portuguese, who ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, especially during breakfast. Your attentiveness truly made a difference. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Ms. Lais Silva, whose efforts made our anniversary celebration extraordinarily special. Thank you all for creating such a memorable experience. We can't wait to return and relive these wonderful moments again!Guest review byAhmedUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 320 reviewsThe location was exceptional! We had access to bars, a swimming pool, restaurants, tennis courts and many more facilities. There was live music and dancing available each night in the hotel area which we loved. The access to a shuttle bus each day was convenient and allowed us to get in and out of town. The apartment was enormous and we loved the river apartment locations. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable! The staff were lovely!Guest review byKarissaAustralia

The hotel is amazing, open fires, great atmosphere with old style furniture, sitting areas, bar. Grounds are lovely, I saw some deer. Its worth having a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and had some other meals there as well which were also good.Guest review byCherrieAustralia

There was an arcade, a large indoor playroom, a swimming pool, an outdoor playground, and outdoor mini golf. The breakfast buffet was delicious and within great hours. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the location was great (adjacent to a supermarket, gas station, and fast food restaurant) and within walking distance to the town with my seven-year-old.Guest review byLauraGermany

We spent two days and one night in Killarney. We used the first day to drive a lot of the Ring of Kerry. We spent several hours of the next day at Muckross House & Gardens which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's definitely worth the visit.Guest review byStohlerUnited States - 10.0

Dingle is a very pretty town with a lot of pubs and restaurants although booking restaurants in advance would be advisable as Dingle is a popular tourist centre. There seems to be live Irish music in pubs every night. There are boat trips from the harbour but that is weather dependant and they did not run during the week of our stay owning to very high winds. Dingle is a great base for exploration of the beautiful Dingle PenisulaGuest review byTmiwuapomm33United Kingdom - 10.0

I’ve hardly missed a yearly trip to Tralee in over 40 years I’ve been to every attraction in Tralee and surrounding areas nowadays I take a more leisurely approach a few pints meet up with longtime mates and generally have a good time! Usually visit Sean ogs, corner bar, mall bar, greyhound bar ,the huddle bar etc!and for the best and freshest fish on the planet quinnauls near the square!Guest review byAnonymousUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Kenmare is on the Ring of Kerry, which is a must-do.
Kenmare is on the Ring of Kerry, which is a must-do. Possibly better to start from Killarney as there is a fair amount to see between Killarney & Kenmare, & (going clockwise) it's a bit much to do last after a long day. In fact if time allows I would strongly suggest doing the Ring over 2 or even 3 days. But our experience was that Killarney accommodation is more expensive & sells out faster. Kenmare itself is pretty and pleasant and walkable, probably not necessary to spend more than a day there though.Guest review byDaveSouth Africa - 10.0
Lots to do and see!
Lots to do and see! If thing I would suggest if it's raining or cloudy at all don't go to sea!! We went to the Skelligs. €295 for 5 of us, couldn't see much! Disappointing to say the least! The Skellig Museum on Valentia island across the bridge was surprisingly very good. It looks funny outside & we didn't rate it much! The back of it is what you see first! The take away on the pier was disappointing. Fish & chips wasn't what you'd think it would be beside the sea. The food in both local pubs fabulous. Best to book the Moorings for evening meals. It's very busy. Kerry cliffs well worth seeing also.Guest review bylindaIreland - 6.0

Nice village to stay for a couple of days, lovely beach and nice restaurants, ate at Chaplins restaurant in the Butler Arms Hotel where we stayed it was excellent, also had lunch in Dooleys which was equally as good. Nice promenade walkwayGuest review byMartin - 8.0
Cahersiveen is a very charming little town.
Cahersiveen is a very charming little town. We came down from Galway, and it is much smaller with fewer pubs and restaurants. The major appeal of this town is it's proximity to gorgeous attractions like Valentia and Skellig island, and being right along the Ring of Kerry. I highly recommend staying near Cahersiveen as your base point if you plan to explore the Ring of Kerry, and if you have a rental car and are comfortable driving on smaller back roads. Strongly recommend Franks Bar and Bistro for food and drinks. Be sure to check out the castle and fort that are very close to the town!Guest review bygallagher - 10.0

It's just 20 mins away from Kilarney National Park - which we visited last (just the Waterfall) Perfect if you plan on visiting Ring of Kerry and wish to take a lap around it - we have managed to see all the highlights (northern-side, i.e. Cahersiveen, Valentia, ending on the Cliffs of Kerry, then driving through the south absolutely gobsmacked with the views) If you want to visit Ring Of Kerry we recommend 2 days there as we wish we spent more and explore South side - definitely visit Valentia and Cahersiveen (coffee at Lazy Cat with view at the cathedral and shopping in the near gift shop) The views or Ring of Kerry are spectacular - Canary Islands, Canada, Zakopane, Peru (one word: Ireland), all mixed up! BIG LOVE!Guest review byKonradUnited Kingdom
