Nestled among the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, of all the desert camps we saw when doing activities. Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps had the very best location. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in the Sahara Desert. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered our every question. They were extremely polite, welcoming and kind and made our stay memorable. All the activities we wanted to do such as camel trekking and Quad biking were right there at our finger tips and organised by the staff whenever we requested something. The camp was so peaceful and the ambience in the desert was surreal. The room is spacious, and has the perfect view of the Sahara dunes + air-conditioning when it got really hot. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend 1 more day so we can return to the same room after our glamping experience. Youssef was incredible in arranging all the items we wanted to be done (camel ride, 4x4, glamping arrangements) including our transport back to Marrakech. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for exploring the area. My room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly blended modern comfort with rustic charm.
