The hotel was spotless clean, so bright and spacious, beautifully designed and decorated with wonderful film props and posters all around. The location was perfect to me, right next to the Warner Bros World which was the reason I visited Yas Island. The staff here made the experience even better. They were so cheerful and always helpful. I cannot recommend The WB Abu Dhabi more. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come visit Yas Island.

We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was perfectly arranged, and all our questions and inquiries were addressed in the best possible manner. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional in all aspects.     We have spent 3 nights in this hotel. I must say everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is near from the airport and easy to get a taxi. We 've reached the hotel at night and we saw the entire hotel in the morning. We are so impressed how good the hotel is. Very relaxing views and quite. I would like to thank to Ms. Hiba and Mr. Raup in the reception for thier assistance during our checking in and checking out. It was so fast and easy! Excellent customer service. The food was great, we love it specially thier mix grill and the breakfast was so yummy!!! Also, I am very much impressed with the housekeeping deparment, special mention to Mr. Eric and the staff for thier excellent services. Our room and bathroom was so cleaned. The bed sheets are cleaned and comfortable. We are suprised the washroom has complete bathroom amenities. The services were so fast. They responded right away whenever we need an assistance. The superb assistance of Mr. Eric and his team are very much appreciated. We definitely stay again in this hotel next time we visit Abu Dhabi. We are highly recomended this hotel to all travelers!

    From start to finish our whole stay was perfect. The hotel staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do more to help us. The rooms are incredibly spacious. We chilled on the hotel beach the whole time - so peaceful and beautiful we didn’t want to leave. By the time we came up to our rooms in the evening our dressing gowns were laid out with slippers. The hotel truly takes care of the finer details. We also visited the in-house spa for a massage and WOW, the chill-out room after was something we didn’t know we needed. Truly blessed and grateful.

    Everything at this resort was stunning, however the people made this hotel to stand out even more. The location is great, for the whole duration of our stay we had the impression that we are in a tropical vacation. I highly recommend any of the villas. Al Yamm is perfect for sunshine and beach lovers and Al Sahel perfect for those who want to enjoy the wildlife in their own backyard surrounded by trees. The pricing of F&B is surprisingly good as well. Would 100% recommend any of the 3 resorts from the island.

    I really appreciated the kindness of the deskkeeper at checkin, who was efficient and friendly and gave me an upgrade to a lovely suite. Room service for dinner was perfect and the kale pomegranate feta salad is excellent. Breakfast was diverse, delicious and varied and the café was an informal way to start the day. Really enjoyed my stay and love the duchesse brisée lounge chairs in the suite!

    Less of a party town than Dubai which is great for cultural travellers. Its a serene and gentle city with all the facilities a traveller requires. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Looking forward to the opening of Zayed National Museum, the outside looks stunning.

    Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

    You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

    It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! The must-see tour is Jebel Hafeet mountain, the view is worth the effort of climbing.

    Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) We had breakfast & dinner at L'Attitude, and the food and staff were superb! We really had a fantastic 2-night stay!

    My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service. Ranesh - bell desk team Ahmed Azeez - restaurant CK - chef Sobiya - reception Yanis - restaurant John - restaurant George - lifeguard / front desk buggy team I’m definitely coming back soon with my entire family and friends.

    Abu Dhabi is great place, however if transit passengers are required to sleep in their rooms till next flight, this is advisable. Those who would like to visit city for a few hours this location is not advisable as it is too far from Terminal A. Visiting city would be expensive, as there are no complimentary buses or designated pick up locations to and from city provided by hotel, except for Yas island and risks time constraints for those who are on transit.
