The room was very spacious and nice, I had a big and very comfortable bed 🤗 The pool was fantastic with warm water. The gym is something extraordinary! 🏋️ The local restaurants have very tasty food and everything looks very good! Very professional and high quality! Near you have a little mall with a good market in it! I loved the fruits from there and also they had everything in the market! Also the mall have some fast-food restaurants 😇 That’s pretty cool I think! Location is great… very easy to get a taxi for good price to everywhere :)))

    We all really loved the hotel and the island. The staff was superb, from reception and the lady in the bar to the chef and the staff at breakfast. A big thank you to housekeeping who made a magnificent birthday setup for us in the villa very quickly while we were at breakfast. Room service came quickly and the gentleman who did our turn down service was also very helpful and looked after us. The villa was stunning with an upstairs dining area and glorious views over the sea. I would also definitely recommend doing the safari to see many unusual animals. We hope to visit again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay truly memorable.😍

    We loved everything! Very beautiful and relaxing hotel, located in the middle of the desert surrounded by dunes. We were disconnected. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Looking forward to the opening of Zayed National Museum, the outside looks stunning.

    Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

    You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service.     Abu Dhabi is great place, however if transit passengers are required to sleep in their rooms till next flight, this is advisable. Those who would like to visit city for a few hours this location is not advisable as it is too far from Terminal A. Visiting city would be expensive, as there are no complimentary buses or designated pick up locations to and from city provided by hotel, except for Yas island and risks time constraints for those who are on transit.
