The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. A cozy and quiet town with a beautiful historic center. I also recommend visiting the “Kragujevac October” Memorial Complex. A large, classic Serbian city. Relatively clean. I noticed the young women who were very nicely dressed and beautiful. The city is not worth more than a night's transit. The city center is a pedestrian street and a circular square, and that's about it. I don't know of any tourist attractions, I stayed in Cacak for an afternoon and a night. There is no mall for shopping, but there is a shopping area called Stop Shop, about half an hour's walk from the city center. Valjevo is just 75 minutes from Belgrade by car.
Valjevo is just 75 minutes from Belgrade by car. It is a peaceful town in western Serbia, full with restorants, shops and helpful and kind people. River Gradac is a hidden gem, close to city center but still far enough for good hiking. Clean water, monesteris, forest and hiking trails would take you into relaxed, still adventures state of mind. Szendrő is a beautiful town on the Danube.
Szendrő is a beautiful town on the Danube. Famous for its vineyards and good wines. There are good restaurants on the beach and in parks near the beach. The castle itself is spectacular, but it is not in as good condition as the other renovated Danube castles (Ram fortress, Galamboc fortress, Fetislam fortress) whose renovation was helped by the EU and Turkey.
