The shampoo, soap and conditioner provided are my favourite. However, the downside is that their restaurant closed really early (last order 7pm). And when we checked in late (7.30pm), despite messaging them through booking.com at 5.30pm that we will be dining in, our request was unheard because we did not have a local number. Loved the circle fountain in the center of the city and the side streets that offered so many different food options. Lovely view of the mountains and short drive from a great hiking area. The facilities at the Grand Earl were lovely - especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, the rooms, and breakfast. It's a lot more affordable than other cities in Taiwan.Guest review byMiaTaiwan
