It was very central to the village and right next to the bus station. But so quiet and peaceful. It was spotless and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing time Amazing view, the hotel was super clean. The place is on top of a mountain we were amazed about the beautiful hotel The best prt was that the last day of my vacay i didnt fell so well and the woman in reception was helping me to reach the hospital plus she even gave me the private car of the hotel to drive to the emergency. We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.

Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.

Room was fine, breakfast was great. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and are the main reason for great review. They offer hiking poles to borrow, self-serve laundry free of charge and were willing to help on all our requests.

    The staff were lovely, attentive and thoughtful The room was spacious and clean with a great view. The spa area, in particular the jacuzzi baths were fantastic I would happily stay again!

    The hotel is very beautiful. The staff is super friendly. A lovely spa area, there is a room for children (also very beautiful). Next to the bar there is a big comfortable relaxing area with a fireplace. Everywhere you can grab an apple or some nuts. I'd like to go back.
