Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.

The room was very large and comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and sauna. The food in the evening was very good as was breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is on top of a mountain we were amazed about the beautiful hotel The best prt was that the last day of my vacay i didnt fell so well and the woman in reception was helping me to reach the hospital plus she even gave me the private car of the hotel to drive to the emergency. We couldn't fault this place. The beds were so comfortable, the spa absolutely perfect and the dinner and breakfast two of the best meals we'd had in a long time. On top of that the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. It was raining heavily when we arrived so we were given complimentary teas before being taken to our room (as it was an outdoor route and that way we could wait until the rain had stopped). Robert and Ute on Reception and Peter in the Restaurant were amazing, though all the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. This place is a little slice of magical luxury and we highly recommend it as somewhere lovely to treat yourself - and it's not even that expensive by Swiss standards, considering what you get for your money. We only stayed one night but felt so well-looked after and relaxed that it felt like much longer.

The Hotel Quellenhof Leukerbad is located right at the spa promenade of Leukerbad, 30 metres from the Alpentherme spa. It offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi.
