We loved the view from the room. The windows opened directly into the valley filled with clouds. The view was exceptional. Overall service, staff and cleanliness was excellent.

An absolutely wonderful hotel — not just because of its great location, cleanliness, and stunning views from the windows, but above all because of its highly professional staff. The nature is amazing there all around. The hotel.is nice, clean, with restaurant and very important - with parking included. The price is lower than the rest of hotels in Lauterbrunnen. I do recommend it!

Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.
