One of our best hotel stays in recent years, our corner room had all the comfort we may have needed, including small details like umbrella, slippers, the way breakfast is presented, etc. We usually try to avoid staying in old buildings, but this one was clean and well equipped/maintained.

The new Boutique Hotel Loge is situated in a central and quiet location on the edge of Winterthur's pedestrian zone. The palatial building has a unique charm.

The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North, and overall, it was a very solid experience. The hotel’s location is its biggest strength, just a short walk from Zurich Oerlikon train station, making it incredibly easy to get to both the airport and the city center in under 10 minutes. It is also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the train station. The rooms are modern, spacious, well-furnished, and quiet, with comfortable beds and large windows. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the hotel offers thoughtful extras like a 24/7 grab-and-go market, a fitness center, and underground parking. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/out was smooth.
