Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.

We were in the suite which was easily large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. There were also 2 bathrooms and a living area which was great. The hotel was surrounded by trees and there were loads of bushes and plants throughout which made it very easy to forget that it was in the city.

I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
