I had an exceptional stay at Seven Park Hotel Lake Como, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. From the warm welcome at reception to the delightful service at the breakfast restaurant and the impeccable cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team, every interaction exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Victoria at reception for her kindness in upgrading my room to one with a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. Her attentiveness truly made my stay unforgettable. We are a family, parents and 4 kids, and stayed 2 nights. The place is charming and special. The rooms have an antique and very special design. The room surroundings were quiet, the lake view room had an amazing view, and every morning we enjoyed inhaling the fresh air outside. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Everything on the breakfast table was tasty and the assortment was large - the only small change I would recommend is to add some vegetables. The owner of the place was very considerate, always eager to help, and full of energy. In our last night we chose to dine in the hotel's restaurant, and then too everything was tasty and our whole family enjoyed the meal. Really one of the best accommodations that I experienced in my life - all of our kids enjoyed it too.

    Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

    Lovely small hotel near the lake. Extremely clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff (expecially Alexia, the receptionist) who will do everything to make you feel like home. Nice pool area where you can relax. Gravedona is a small village where you can avoid crowds. Overall very comfortable experience, highly recommended.
