Love our 2-storey family villa with private car porch and swimming pool, calm living room lighting and serene atmosphere as we looked out of our comfortable bedroom balcony to the breathtaking view of the lake. My boys love the nature experiences ( thrilling buggy rides, chasing ducks and geese, the great lake boat cruise and the sensational family 6 seater tandem bike carriage). Even at the lobby, we are mesmerized by the endless activities for the whole family, combined with excellent views and magnificent decorations. This was our sixth visit to this exceptional property over the past three years and our second visit this year, and once again, it did not disappoint. The experience was consistently excellent, and it’s genuinely commendable how the property has maintained its impeccable standards across all facets of service—restaurants, room service, or housekeeping—even during the busy year-end period. The staff deserves immense praise for their dedication and efficiency. Despite the high occupancy, they ensured that every guest felt cared for. 1. Room was clean, comfortable overall except at the corner of the table a bit dirty. Spacious balcony to relax at night. 2. The facilities provided by hotel was good 3. The resort was very close to the beach and it accessible to water sport activities. I need to kudos to the staff who were humble and helpful. I missed my mobile while checkout and the staff have secured it and tracked it until i got it back. One can choose this location just for this hospitality
