Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

Collecting the property keys reminds on an escape room game... maybe not easy for everyone, but for sure a lot of fun! Very good instructions though, host even recorded videos and sent it upfront. This way guest has full flexibility in arrival time. Garage close to apartment, like in this case, is a must-have in Andorra, finding a parking lot outside is not easy if not impossible. Place is absolutely good, bed and sofa are comfortable and give good rest.

The cabin-in-the-woods vibes wowed us. The view from one of the windows was the flowing stream. Everything about the accoms was homely - from the lobby to the staircase landing to the cafe and our apartment. The cafe food was excellent - worth waking up for. The staff helped us so many times, even beyond reception hours when we had a mini situation. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The property is a great starting point for many hikes, both easy (eg Iron route) and harder ones (eg Refugi de l’Angonella). Highly recommend for nature lovers!

    The apartment looks really nice on the inside, good quality of the materials used. The view from the living room / balcony facing the mountains is pretty good. Although we didn't really use it, the kitchen was packed with enough utensils to cook.

    Spacious flat, well equipped. Both beds (the one in the bedroom and the bed sofa) were comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher. The shower is nice, always warm water and great pressure. The location of the flat is great: few minutes from the Funicamp, restaurants, bars and 10 min walking to the center of Encamp. The day before the stay, we were contacted to get all the info on where to pick the keys, and how to access the flat. I recommend, really great!

    Very nice, clean, comfortable room. The room had kitchen with all equipment. The location is absoliutely super. Just out of the hotel you have rental companies for snow sports. Also there is a bus stop so you can easily go to Andora or center of Encamp.
