We had two balconies ( 5A). We were allowed to smoke in one balcony.The view from the balconies was amazing. Every morning The host brought us a breakfast basket. It was a nice gesture with orange juice, eggs, warm bagels, jam, coffee, tea, cheese, pork, tomatoes and cucumbers. On the fourth floor there is s washing machine and some detergent so you can wash your clothes if needed. There is minimarket just at the ground floor. The prices at the market are affordable. The big superstores are about 1.5 km away. You can borrow umbrella from Madonna apt.

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

    The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.

    The host is super nice and available. Apartment is super cute, clean, comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and fridge stuffed with cold drinks of all kinds for great prices. The same for snacks and even a spa cup for mineral water - a local must. Calm neighbrhood area about 1 km walking to promenade. I came by car, was easy to park.

    The location was great - with an easy walk to the tourist centres, restaurants and the funicular railway and there is long stay parking nearby (this is usually a big problem in Karlovy Vary). +++ We went in a cold spell - but the heating and hot water was good so we were comfortable. There is a small kitchen - so good for basic self-catering. The wifi worked well.
