This place exceeded our expectations! The place is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need from beers , coffee and a huge variety of vanity items. Lorenzo was friendly, waited me personally for the check in with extra focaccia. He is kind, responsive, the communication was on spot. It was a perfect start of our holiday and recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

This is a super clean, large one-bedroom apartment that puts you right on top of everything you want to see in Genova after a 12 minute walk from Principe station. Transit is plentiful but we hardly needed it. It's easy to access the building and apartment with the provided code. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed for our breakfast and dinners. There is a small balcony overlooking the back of the building where we dined al fresco - very nice. The host - Maura - is terrific to communicate with: prompt to reply, helpful, professional and - while we didn't meet in person as we were so busy sight-seeing - you can tell from the 'tone' of the messages that she is a very nice person. We hope to return and stay here again and we very much recommend this apartment for your stay in Genova!!

The apartment has all the facilities being located in a good area of the city, located close to the beach and not very far from Brignole train station and downtown.The bus stop is close to the apartment, as well as the shopping market. The location was perfect as we arrived on a cruise ship. The apartment was across the road. A short walk to the main train station too. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our needs. Romina was very helpful recommending restaurants. She also allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. This was brilliant because we arrived really early in the morning.
