All is brand new. Owner is very helpful and friendly person. We were late for check in, but he was waiting for us, help with registration and also let us late check out without any additional fees. Take a look, if you have electro car, they have charger for it in garage!

Exceptionally clean and beautifully arranged – every little detail thoughtfully prepared for a truly comfortable stay. I received a quick and clear message with check-in instructions, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends, and honestly, I hope to stay somewhere like this again in the future. It really raised the bar!

You can walk down to the bus for Pont Tibeta and Mirador del Roc (However, for most things you would probably still want to drive.) Property is outside of town, so it's quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. Blinds on the windows can completely black out the light, unlike most curtains which you can typically see a halo of light around them. Nice kitchen facilities if you want to save money eating out, and only about 15 minutes from the capital city.

There is a bathroom with a bath tub. The hotel is more well located than I anticipated. Just a few steps from the heart of the city. Staff was very nice to us and gave us a lot of good tips. Our apartment was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped, with a private terrace that was great for our dog. The host was very helpful, and the location near hiking trails with easy car access made it even better.
