The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

El Ferienhaus Burgblick está situado en el centro de Treffen, en la región de Carintia, a 2 km del lago Ossiach, de la estación de esquí de Gerlitzen y de la estación de teleférico de Kanzelbahn. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

We visited for the 2nd time. Great property by the lake. To our surprise they updated the toilet and the bathroom since our last visit. Will come back again.

The place was absolutely perfect – clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. The view was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the location ideal for exploring the area. The hosts were kind and always available for any questions. Everything was comfortable and family-friendly – a wonderful experience Highly recommend!!!

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. The facility is surrounded by forest and offers a very convenient starting point for hitchhiking. Right next to the resort is an excellent archery attraction. The spacious and clean rooms provide everything necessary for a family stay. Additionally, the place is very pet—and child-friendly, which makes morning breakfasts especially enjoyable. Yet another added value is the amiable staff, particularly Jozef. They did their best to resolve our only issue during our stay and even sent my glasses, which I left in the apartment, by post to Prague.
