I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, and I am thrilled to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and personalized service that set the stage for a memorable stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name—a small but meaningful touch that made me feel immediately welcome and valued. The breakfast offerings were fantastic. Each morning, I was greeted with a diverse and delicious selection of food that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and convenience.
