This property is a gem in the area. It's a small, customer-oriented business that fulfills every wish, ensuring perfect comfort for everyone. This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was super for families with kids, there was a great playing area for kids. The staff was excellent, very kind, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. It is a 3 star hotel, but food was great and location for skiing also good.

The room was clean and located in a beautiful area about 1 km from the center of Lunz. Breakfast was luxurious, generous, and served. There were rolls, ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, fruit, and vegetables. We were also offered a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs. To drink, there was coffee and juice. Outside, there is a seating area for enjoying beer or wine. We were able to charge and store our e-bikes in the building.

Clean rooms with nice views and a good wellness centre with four saunas. Excellent breakfast / traditional Austrian restaurant in the hotel Zellerhof (appartments belong to the hotel). The appartment building offered a safe place for storing bikes / skiing equipment. The staff was very nice and helpful.
