The friendly staff and the meals served were very nice. The beds where the comfiest I experienced in my last stays abroad. The room itself was very spacious and luxurious.

The appartment VILLGRATEN was very nice and comfortable even for 4 persons. The equipement is new and stylish. Hofer supermarket just around the corner. Near to the italian border (good starting point also for trips to Dolomites - Tre Cime ca 50 min by car).

We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We hope to return someday. What we especially liked : - the view from the window (we lived on the 3rd floor with mountainview). - good sound isolation in the hotel - very comfortable beds - make up mirror with lighting in the bathroom - very-very tasty breakfasts and lunches with a good selection - very good personal service in the restaurant and at the reception We have no suggestions - everything in this hotel is thought out for a good stay.

The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in one of the most peaceful valleys we’ve visited in Austria. The view from the garden is simply breathtaking — pure alpine nature. Siegfried, our host, was exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive. Every morning he would check if we needed anything, and on our last day, he kindly told us we could stay as long as we liked because no one was arriving after us. He also gifted us a premium traditional Tyrolean bread — a rare and generous gesture we deeply appreciated. Our children loved the garden. My daughter would rather stay and play outside than go on any outing, and my son — who has autism — found real calm and comfort in this place. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything a family needs. You can feel that it’s run with heart and care, not just business.
