The appartment VILLGRATEN was very nice and comfortable even for 4 persons. The equipement is new and stylish. Hofer supermarket just around the corner. Near to the italian border (good starting point also for trips to Dolomites - Tre Cime ca 50 min by car).

Very friendly and helpfull owner, alwayes there with all the important information and knowledge about the region. Very clean and modern hotel with apartaments. Welness Sauna zone included in price, great after whole day of skiing. Breakfest are very tastfull, and there is a large choice of diffrent meats, cheeses, vegtables and so on, tee, coffee, all you need. There is a skibus stopping directly at the house, so it takes only 5 minutes to get to the Lifts. Parking lot in front of the house, plenty of places. There is allso a ski room with shoes warmers. Everything was perfect, hopefully we will go there next year again. 11/10 if it was possible!

We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We hope to return someday. What we especially liked : - the view from the window (we lived on the 3rd floor with mountainview). - good sound isolation in the hotel - very comfortable beds - make up mirror with lighting in the bathroom - very-very tasty breakfasts and lunches with a good selection - very good personal service in the restaurant and at the reception We have no suggestions - everything in this hotel is thought out for a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Waldruhe and we will most likely come back when we visit the region. One feels immediately welcomed, all the staff is friendly and highly competent. They also fluent in different languages (aussi en français et italien) which makes it easy to exchange small talks. Our room was spacious, very clean, well- equipped with a balcony. The interior of the hotel is stylish and includes references of the past which we thought added a nice touch. The breakfast (buffet) is well presented with lots of specialities, home baked bread , butter from a local farm and so much more. The dinner was also exceptional. The wellness area is very spacious and counts two sauna, a steam bath, a infrared cabin, showers and plenty of space to relax. We could walk our dog in the surrounding forest but also around the lake 5 min away with the car.

The owner is very kind and chearful. The place is very nice and coasy, apartment was well equiped and very clean. We were very satisfied with the kitchen. You can use sauna and steam bath without extra charge. They have enough parking space with easy access to ski storage and they have enough heaters for the boots for all guests. The view from the balcony is awsome! We recomend this place and would definitely come again!

Didn't meet the host, but he told everything to us over the phone. Arrival and departure were easy. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. Very good value for your money.
