Just a fabulous place to stay. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy and the whole team at the Apartment-Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. They contributed hugely to an exceptional customer experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and very, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were superbly equipped and when we did have some (minor) issues the team were able to resolve these promptly and with no fuss. There are no washing facilities in the apartment, however, there washing/drying facilities in the basement. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could park our car nearly and under cover, so it was in the hot sun. The are shops and restaurants nearby and the local cable car is just a short walk away. It's very near to the bus stop and the Saastal card that you get includes free travel on the local bus and on the Saas-Grund cable car. If I could rate this property an 11, I would. It is that good. I would happily stay there again and have no trouble in thoroughly recommending it. You won't be disappointed.

The host is very nice and has great knowledge of the local mountains and other activities to do in the area. You also get a complimentary "Saastalcard" when staying at this chalet, which means that you can take the cablecar up and down to Kreuzboden and Hohsaas as much as you like during your stay. Location, how quaint and charming it is! We stayed for a night before boarding the GEX and the location is everything. Just a short 3 minutes walk to the station straight forward. Right in the centre of Brig main attractions too. The hotel itself and the suite we stayed are perfect for kids - very homey, comfortable, with nice toilet and strong showers. Toiletries from Molton Brown works too. They provide token for your hot and cold drinks at the breakfast area, and provide continental breakfast with eggs which is a plus before our ride.

1. The view from the balcony was stunning. 2. The staff were very accommodative with miscellaneous requests. 3. The breakfast was a continental/ swiss one (without cooked options), but the selection was elaborate and delicious.
