We didn’t actually stay at Alpina - we were upgraded to Metropol a sister hotel next door. It was fabulous.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

The swimming pool is perfectly clean. The view is awesome other than that very calm and kindness. I strongly recommended to stay here!!! Also, there is a coop I front of hotel!!

Mountain location; quietness except for the lovely cow bells; well-appointed apartment; easy access to the apartment from the car (parked right out front); no stairs to climb; 20 minute drive to Lucerne; lovely clean apartment with a great kitchen. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff were very nice and helpful. Since we arrived after the restaurant was close, they made us sandwiches a and salads. The room was great also and the views were good.
