Spa, restaurant, bar were fantastic. Perfect location opposite the main ski lift. Staff were great and were very accommodating. We had duplex room, which was a little cramped. But also viewed some of the regular rooms which were a good size.

We stayed here after my wife broke her leg and could not access our chalet. My wife was on crutches and the staff could not have been more solicitous in helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, excellent food, superb service, front desk were helpful with arranging further emergency accommodation to cope with my wife's accident.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Amazing stay, highly recommend. Historic building, and INSANE views from the room balcony. Staff were extremely attentive, breakfast was fantastic. Short and easy access (although uphill!) from the Wengen train station. Perfect base for the area, and easy to leave car at the Lauterbrunnen train station before taking the short train up to Wengen. Highly recommend.
