This is a brand new hotel, far from the city center which makes it really QUIET. I enjoyed the view to the older city part, so natural and cozy. Air conditioning worked fine, this is really important in Armenia. The bed was comfortable as well. There is a good grocery nearby working till late hours. I will come back for sure. Great hotel! Large room. We asked for a 3rd bed and after that , the room still have quite a lot space. The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, walk distance to everywhere and surrounded by a lot of great restarautant and coffee shops. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar in the top floor is also great and can have a good view from top.
