The whole environment was simply fabulous! The room, our terrace, the pools, the service and the food... everything was just perfect. Even nature was on our side with a sloth on the premises and a whale jumping in the distance.!! Walking around can be a challenge due to steep walk ways. But the Hotel is offering internal transport services.

I got the tropical corner room with beautiful sea view. I felt so happy there drinking coffee on the balcony and enjoying the view. Food in restaurants looked and tasted very good. Nice smiling and caring staff. Beautiful garden. Free shuttle to Manuel Antonio town and beaches.

Wonderful hotel. Convenient with a free shuttle to the beach and national park. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding, and all the staff amazing! We also had dinner two nights and loved it. Would love to return anytime.

The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel special. The guys driving the buggies are incredibly nice and they will show you sloths! You will have a dedicated member of staff answering all your queries. We had Pamela who was very prompt and sweet. There is a Macao’s rescue centre inside the property land and it is possible to visit it for free with a guide. The guide, Clarence, is SO good that we decided to go to Manuel Antonio park only because he was leading the visit. It really worth it! We booked one night and we extended one more night And finally, you can see sloths 🦥!

Everything was just perfect. exceeded our expectations in every aspect. very friedly stuff and excellent service, great food, free mini bar and activities. nice hotel beach. although we had a rental car we took taxi to manuel antonio park and walked back to the hotel to see a bit of the beach life - it was s hood decision :)

When we arrived Rosa welcomed us with open heart. She gave us the full tour in the property showed us every lamp. Then she set us down for a brief of Costa Rica and the serroundings. She knows every place very well and we wish we met her Sooner. She helpe us with everything we needed, from recommendtions, parking space in the park, laundry to offering us her shoes to the rest of the trip! She is the best, she makes the place what it is. The place itself is big and very special. The room and the shower are huge. We loved the outside, the terrassa the garden the hammocks and the kitchen. We saw two agutins and iguanas. Its so close to everything you need in town and yet quiet.

Kevin was not only efficient in the check-in process but also took the time to provide me with valuable insights about the local area and the must-visit attractions in Manuel Antonio. His local expertise proved to be invaluable during my stay, as I was able to explore the hidden treasures of the region, all thanks to his recommendations. 2. Alberto Merlo - A True Concierge Another standout receptionist at Shana By The Beach Manuel Antonio Hotel was Alberto. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Alberto seemed to have an uncanny ability to anticipate my needs, offering assistance with booking tours, arranging transportation, and even securing dinner reservations at some of the area's top restaurants. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience were truly commendable. 3. Kevin - A Trusty Chauffeur Kevin, the hotel's chauffeur, was the third member of this exceptional team. Whether it was transporting me all over the hotel or helping us out with the check in process, Kevin's professionalism and knowledge of the local roads and wildlife added a layer of comfort and excitement to my stay. His passion for sharing the beauty of Costa Rica with guests was evident, and I felt safe and well-cared for throughout every journey.

Staff was great. Location is awesome 5 min to the National Park and close to everything. The breakfast was great, really appreciated the variety of choice and also their restaurant was great. The pool is great to chill and spot some Iguanas or Agutis at the property. Staff was really helpful to organize us a night tour.
