They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. Reviewing on behalf of my son and mother-in-law. A great, historic ambience of a luxury hotel, with views of the Cathedral. Very central, yet quiet. My son was impressed that he was offered a newspaper for the morning - what a great tradition! All very celan and pleasant. Very comfortable beds. All sort of opprotunities to explore, both within and around the hotel. Great location. Staff was very welcoming, as you would expect.
