Great location, but in particular the extra help provided by Torsten when we thought we had left our passports at a previous accomodation. He immediately called and waited around for a return call. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We easily found it by car, but we are not sure about its accessibility with public transport. short distance to the local attractions ( Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles). The staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade of our room, which was unexpected and brightened our stay. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, and the dinner menu offered local specialities. We enjoyed the spa facilities: it was quiet in the evenings during the weekend (end of April), but we expect to be busy in other periods.
