Administration personal spoke really good english, was polite. Breakfast was SUPER DUPER good. Even salmon was, and this is good indicator. Restaurant was GOOD.

A real classy hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are big and a pleasure to stay in. The sauna, swimming pool and spa are great as is the gym. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and a nice bar area.

The hotel’s location is fantastic – just a short walk to key attractions, shops, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Limited variety and not very memorable compared to similar hotels. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone prioritizing location over extras.

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! The hotel is brand new and location is great in the middle of the mountains. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a modern design. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the facilities in the hotel, especially the sauna and the steam bath. Overall great experience.

Everything is great: design of lounges zones, level of comfort, kids and family friendly hotel, great spa zone (really great), big pool, spa zone for kids, outside pool with heating- nice place to relax after ski day. Amazing breakfast! We liked everything and we will be back !
