The staff was extremely friendly, great location (view to the stadium) in the middle of Cardiff, a lot of nice pubs around. Room excellent, just great! Very nice historical buildung.

Staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault how kind, helpful, friendly, and generous they were. Rooms were clean and a decent size for two adults and two kids under 6. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of delicious options. Swimming pool was clean and has a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with the Novotel Cardiff.
