The staff was very friendly and helpful all over the resort It is a great place for children, the water park was amazing. It suits all ages. And there are many activities for children at the resort. The pools are great and the food was excellent. And a nice Private Beach.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. Lovely staff and so competent. We got what we booked and more. They put the “all inclusive” meaning to a different level as it was more than expected. Good food and great service, dinner by the sea in a lovely and so attentive atmosphere. Waiters at the activity pool bar and at the Lobsteria great service. Spa treatments soo good. My husband also booked the new chiropractor treatment and didn’t regret, then we had other 3 treatments with a professional masseur that we definitely recommend. Just 10 mins by car from Rethymno.
