We booked collection from the airport, our flight was delayed 2 hrs and I was worried they would have left but no, they were there to meet us, very kind and friendly. Even though we arrived 2am they took the time to receive us with a lovely cold drink and showed us all the facilities. I was very impressed by their kindness and friendliness. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and stunning attention to detail that reflects the essence of Balinese charm. The food is absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that are very tasty and made all a delightful experience. If you value personalised service and an intimate atmosphere over the scale of a large resort, Klumpu Bali is the perfect choice. The measure of an accommodation quality for us is do things start annoying us during our stay. Great news after 10 days we loved the villa as much as the day we arrived. The staff are amazing. Location to beach and restaurants.
