I can only praise this hotel. Besides the amazing facilities, comfortable bed in which I slept like a baby, it is the kindness and hospitality of the staff which makes this hotel so special. We spent our honeymoon in Bali and we didn’t expect such an incredible welcome after a very long trip. All together we spent 8 nights here. The food was incredible and we took the Cooking class (do not miss it!!!) which was such a delight by the pool!! We cooked 3 local dishes with Chef Bentar who is behind all the incredible food of their restaurant, Peggy, Surtika and Wayan were super kind taking photos from us, and explaining more about Balinese culture. The reception is exceptionally kind as well but all their staff including the room service. The location was excellent for us as we love to do yoga and there is an incredible yoga centre a minute away called Alchemy. We are very grateful and we will be back!! Om swastiastu and the smiling staff whenever we arrived back to the hotel will forever be imprinted in my heart.

If you are looking for a calm, unique place, you should definitely stay here. The hotel is just beautiful and perfectly integrated in nature, and it is still close enough to visit Ubud by the free hotel shuttle.

the sebali resort was not only clean but the staff was very friendly and helpfull. they really cared about you and your experience there. they kindly explain everything to you and walk you through all the steps of staying in the jungle/forrest. i would 100% recommend a stay here.. we tried out everything they had to offer and we were more than pleased!! Everything is exactly as shown in picture - the villa is not 100m2 but more like 30-40m2 but that is more than enough.

The property and staff were absolutely outstanding. For an extra fee they decorated my friend’s room with flowers, balloons, lights and a cake. We had massages and a facial and it was extremely relaxing, clean and the staff gave me one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. The grounds were stunning, kept up and the perfect place to relax.

The Wakanda was the oasis of tranquility I was searching for. The room was gorgeous and had everything I needed, including an incredible stone bath. The pool is clean and the view from it is stunning. The food was amazing and there were plenty of vegetarian options, especially as the chef was able to adapt some dishes that weren’t labelled vegetarian on the menu. The spa treatment I had with Ria was divine. I loved the waterfall trek so much I did it twice: once with Ogi, who taught me a lot about life in Bali, and once with Aris, who helped take amazing photos. The free yoga classes were the perfect was to start a relaxing day. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and happy to help with anything I needed during my stay. 100% recommended to anyone needing to escape reality for a while! If you’re there on a Tuesday, make sure you join the cultural dinner.

I did not plan to go to a hostel while in Ubud, but something about Arya made me decide last minute to do so- and WUHU for that. The hostel is very nice and clean. The beds are top ace for a hostel - best nights sleep I have ever had at one. Activities are amazing, pool great and the breakfast nice start of the day. The staff are very sweet and attentive. Daily massage and pedi/medi is really a lovely touch aswell. You feel very safe there, and the easy breezyness of the hostels really makes it easy to meet other likeminded people. Thank you Arya.
