Breakfast was not available at the time of our stay (the hotel was still closed, like the majority of the hotels in Sappada), but this was informed in advance. During check inn they provide us list of all bar, restaurants and market open during the period of our stay. The chalet is fantastic, located in a great position. The sauna and whirlpool are the additional touch that elevate the stay from superb to exceptional.

The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.

even if I was late with check-in, the host was very understanding. Due to an error at the reception, our room was allocated to another guest, but the problem was solved with great professionalism and we received a bigger room for the same price. The bed was very confortable, the place is really quiet! Mrs. Luciana is very professional and hospitable. We will come back with great love!

A large, very clean, and well-equipped apartment on the first floor of a building in a beautiful, quiet village. A plus was the spacious bedroom with two beds, as well as the large kitchen with a dining area. A nice balcony. Good internet connection. Great pizza at a nearby restaurant and professional and friendly service at the nearby Albergo Difusso office.

The receptionists are kind, friendly, and were always helpful before and during our stay. At the time of arrival, they guided us about activities that we can do during our stay. Hiking around Lago di Sauris was amazing. Very good pizzeria next to the reception. Also there is a spa halfway between Sauris di Sotto and Sauris di Sopra, the guests receive a discount from the entrance fee.
