SingaporeEverything was clean as guests have to leave their shoes in lockers beside the entrance of the hotel. There is an onsen at the top level and even free ice cream for guests. Laundry wash is heavy duty and frer and the dryer only cost ¥300. Staff was always polite and greeted us.
It is fairly near to the Matsumoto train station and bus terminal. This made it convenient for us to travel around.

This is not a luxury hotel but rooms are well designed, clean, spacious enough for short stay. The on site onsen is fabulous and location is short walk from train station. Breakfast is included and terrific.
